SUMMARY:Sunday Ski Lessons for Kids
DESCRIPTION:Hello Everyone! \nIt’s time to think about skiing!!\n \nSave the Date: Ski Sizing and Registration: Sunday November 6 from 1-3pm at Osceola Ski & Sport Resort\nWe will be holding in person registration for the season as well as getting kids set up with club gear or season rentals from Dustin. We will have some outdoor games for the kids to do while you are doing paperwork. If you have club gear\, please bring the old to get new gear for this season. If you have gently used skis/gear that you might want to donate or sell – please let me know.\n\nPlease bring a friend in Grade K-8 who might want to try skiing this year!\n\nOsceola Ski Club is combined with the Learn to Ski program. All skiers will be grouped into age/ability levels and will meet at the same time on Sunday afternoons from 1-2:30pm at Osceola Ski & Sport Resort.  Cost $50 for the season/festival.\nPractice starts Sunday January 1st and will be held weekly for 7 weeks with a final fun 2-day festival on 2/18 & 2/19 at Osceola. All skiers will also be encouraged to plan to go to Old Forge on 2/25-2/26 for the Mid-Atlantic (aka regional) youth ski festival and to consider going to Vermont 3/4-3/5 for the New England Youth Ski Festival. Additional racing opportunities will be discussed as the season starts.\n\nPlease join the Remind App for group messages if you haven’t already done so by sending a text to 81010.
